Shipping Policy

JHC Studio uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Orders may ship directly from a fulfillment location and items in one order may arrive separately.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, product, supplier, customs, and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimate is not guaranteed.

Tracking is provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
