Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Before sending anything back, email jbj_faith@hotmail.com with your order number. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Final-sale, personalised, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise non-returnable products will be identified where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
